Yes yes yes, I loved this day!!! It was seriously wonderful being apart of this. Elopements are already one of my favorite things to photograph, and this just proved it more so.
We met at Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles early morning, and casually just set up ceremony right on the entrance steps. After a short and sweet declaration of love, we explored around the little corners of the observatory with a view of a foggy L.A. landscape below.
Shortly after, we all headed down to a little diner to enjoy some coffee and breakfast. Charmaine + Brandon opted out of a traditional wedding cake cut (obviously, the whole day was quiiite nontraditional), and homaged it by pouring syrup onto a pile of pancakes. Yes, a pancake tower! Which we all devoured shortly after.
Oh! Also, Charmaine is a badass boss babe who makes some killer jewelry, check her out here! She actually handmade their wedding bands, so I included a little bts of her creating them below.
We are so.dang.grateful to have been apart of this intimate day. <3
