Erika + Meghan
A rainy Hawaii engagement session. Meghan + Erika were leading a queer retreat throughout this week that was amazing to be apart of (check them out here + here!), and on one of the days, we snuck away to photograph their love.
We ran around and got soaked while curiously exploring the nearby nature. After walking up and down a road looking for a hidden trail and relocating a few spiders, we trekked through to a secret black sand beach. There was an incredible gust of wind and rain and the sound of the powerful waves. We were all soaked and running and laughing, it was such a cinematic sentimental “Notebook” feel.
I adored this session, and this entire week of encouragement and love from these two. If you’re in the LGBTQ community (or anyone really), follow them along for some solid life tips. <3
